Here’s a peek at this adorable apple orchard inspired creative engagement session at Blue Jay Orchards in Bethel, CT.
Oh I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am for this wedding next July! Congratulations Clare and Joe!
This bride is so creative and I love how unique their session was. Love and Football baby! Our bride wanted a rustic, natural setting as her backdrop and our football coach groom wanted to go to the football field. Now since our bride is this coach’s biggest cheerleader, heading down to the ol’ Blue and Gold field was no problem at all! We had so much fun! I love the props that we used too. The huge ‘&’ sign was provided by my favorite boutique shop in Southbury, Respond if you Please and the bride wrote out the most awesome save the date on the football. I can’t wait to see what we’ll do for the wedding!
Jenna and Jon choose one of my favorite areas to in CT for their session. The greater Litchfield area is so picturesque and I love that this area held sentimental value to this couple. We started out at the most beautiful flower farm I’ve ever been to called White Flower Farm in Litchfield, CT. The gardens were unbelievable and the staff so sweet! They were so excited to share with us the beauty of their family owed flower farm and we were grateful to have received it. We then went for a little hike and explored a nature preserve boardwalk through the wetlands of Litchfield. Didn’t see any amazing birds fly over head, but defiantly witnessed some sweet moments with Jenna and Jon as they snuggled in for some sweet hugs and kisses. Then we were off to our favorite place of the night, Sunset Meadows Vineyards! We had just enough light to fit in some really great shots of these two love birds!
I love that we got so collaboratively creative and really thought out and planned our session so perfectly with not only the light, but with the sentimental value that each place held for this couple. If you have some ideas of your own and are interested in an engagement session or just one for fun with your hunny or family, give me a call. I want to hear all about your love story and how we can help bring it to life.

A romantic picnic in the park was the perfect setting for our creative engagement session with Nicole and Brett. I love how fun and adventurous this couple is, hiking up to the lake, climbing on trees, and even rolling around in the grass for a few really great shots.
Congrats guys! Can’t wait for the wedding!
3 locations, 3 events, 1 amazing couple! An engagement session at Southford Falls, a private wedding ceremony on the green of Southbury Town Hall and the perfect venue to celebrate it all, The Heritage Hotel. Many congratulations to Emily and Stephen! It was a true gift to witness and capture such special occasions in their lives.
Here’s to a lifetime of Love and Happiness!

This elegant country styled, Lebanese wedding on the mountain tops of New Milford Connecticut’s Candlelight Farms Inn was a perfect wedding from beginning to end! Not only did this couple know how to throw an amazing party but they are two of the most caring, thoughtful and loving couples I know. It was a true honor to be in the presence of that much love and happiness not only from the bride and groom or each and everyone of the 300+ guests but also from every single vendor that took part in making Lorrie and Tony’s wedding the truly magical event it was!
Congratulations Lorrie and Tony, your wedding is one I will never forget!

Since moving to Newtown, CT earlier this year I’ve made it my goal to really explore my new stomping grounds. When Dayna and Mike described their vision for an engagement session I knew the perfect little hidden spot to bring them. We started at the covered bridge down the street from our new house and worked out way to Main St. in Newtown for a little stroll down the prettiest street I’ve ever seen! Then it was over the a little hidden park where the setting sun provided us with some incredibly dreamy light! Working with these two was a blast and I can’t wait for the wedding!
Sun shine, love and landscapes… a picture perfect May wedding! When discussing where to take family and bridal party pictures with the Bride and Groom, my heart instantly knew that Tarrywile Park in Danbury, CT would be the perfect place to take them. We started the day at the families home in Ridgefield, CT and headed down to St. Peter’s in Danbury for a beautiful wedding mass. Tarrywile was our next stop on the list. The background was just brilliant and we couldn’t have been blessed with a better day. For the reception we headed to the Salem Golf Club in North Salem, NY. The outdoor patio overlooking the green was filled with gorgeous natural light and it was a rare treat to see the bride and groom enjoy cocktail hour with all of their guests. Onto the first dance, toasts and a packed dance floor all night long, this couple knew how to throw a party! Congratulations Trina and Mike! It was a privilege to be part of such a special day!
